About Us

Our Mission

To provide essential resources, through our programs and services, to women and children who desire to change the course of their lives by making the transition from homelessness and recidivism to self-sufficiency.

Time For Change Foundation is the model of excellence in the Inland Empire for empowering disenfranchised women who are making the transition from homelessness and recidivism.

Core Values

Our shared belief in the mission is the foundation upon which we execute our commitment to the success of Time For Change Foundation. We believe the following to be true and inline with our core values:

  • Respect and altruistic concern for others
  • Treatment, not punishment, is the solution
  • Everyone is deserving of a home that is nurturing and supportive
  • Have an open mind to invest in the potential of the human spirit
  • Access to programs, resources, and services makes a difference in an individual’s success
  • Empower disenfranchised women to live healthy lifestyles in order to break the cycles of homelessness, helplessness, hopelessness, and incarceration for their children

History

Since 2002 Time For Change Foundation has been dedicated to helping homeless women and children achieve self-sufficiency by using a strength-based approach to address their needs. Our programs and supportive services help to provide the women and children with the tools necessary to recover from homelessness, drug addiction, family separation, mental and physical abuse, and the effects of incarceration.

The children in our program are the priority.  Our early childhood development program, learning activities, and consistent love and support help break the intergenerational cycle of poverty and incarceration, paving the way to a successful future.
