On Thursday, February 24, 2011, Kim Carter was honored as a person who excels and ultimately outshines her achievements.


The City of San Bernardino’s Mayor and Common Council recognized Kim Carter as its Citizen of the Month (February 22, 2011)

On Tuesday, February 22, 2011, 7th Ward City Council Member Wendy McCammack presented Carter with the award, which is bestowed upon community members who shows exemplary character traits, excellence in improving the community, and civic consciousness.

Kim Carter Selected as a 2010 Inland Empire Woman of Distinction (March 26, 2010)

State Assemblymember Bill Emmerson of the 63rd District  honored Kim Carter of the Time for Change Foundation with a 2010 Inland Women of Distinction Award.  The recipients represented communities in both Riverside and San Bernardino counties, including Riverside, Moreno Valley, Grand Terrace, Highland, Redlands, Loma Linda, Yucaipa and San Bernardino.
