JON PARDI

ONTARIO, CA (March 25, 2025) – Multi-platinum recording artist and Grand Ole Opry member Jon Pardi will be honored with the prestigious Humanitarian Award at Time for Change Foundation’s 23rd Annual Awards Gala, “Unwavering: Igniting Change, Inspiring Hope,” celebrating his remarkable commitment to youth empowerment through the Starlight Fund.

The California native—who made history as the first-ever Californian inducted into the Grand Ole Opry—will join an illustrious group of honorees including Academy Award-nominated actress and mental health advocate Taraji P. Henson on Friday, April 11, 2025, at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in Ontario, California.

“Jon’s authentic passion for building pathways to success for underprivileged youth perfectly aligns with our mission,” said Vanessa Perez, Executive Director of Time for Change Foundation. “His hands-on commitment to help underserved communities through the Starlight Fund is creating tangible opportunities for the next generation, including many of the young people we serve.”

Hailed by Rolling Stone for his “state-of-the-art blend of traditional instrumentation and progressive grooves that point to country’s future,” Pardi has emerged as not only a musical trendsetter but a champion for practical education. Jon Pardi and his wife, Summer, founded the Starlight Fund to support youth enrichment in trades and agriculture, providing resources and opportunities for young people to build meaningful careers and give back to their communities.

The star-studded gala will feature an elegant evening of celebration, dynamic awards presentations, and moving testimonials from those whose lives have been transformed by the Foundation’s work. The event begins with a social hour at 6 PM followed by the formal program at 7 PM.

Additional honorees include:

– Richard Jeske – Nancy Varner Angel Award

About Jon Pardi:

Delivering a fresh take on his signature sound, “Love The Lights Out” offers a first glimpse into his anticipated album, Honkytonk Hollywood. With four Top 5 albums which include 2016’s Platinum #1, CALIFORNIA SUNRISE, and Pardi’s reputation for punchy, against-the-wind bravado has only grown. Never afraid to break from the pack, fourteen RIAA-certified singles feature six No. One’s (like the back-to-back 6x-Platinum “Head Over Boots” and “Dirt On My Boots”), and with years of blue-collar barnstorming behind him, the California native has earned his international headlining acclaim, alongside 9.3 billion global streams. After headlining shows in the US and Australia including CMC Rocks this spring, the multi-platinum country star and “spirited entertainer, with infectious energy” (Star Tribune) will kick off his HONKYTONK HOLLYWOOD TOUR on April 25, hitting arenas and amphitheaters across the US with support from Corey Kent on select dates and Kassi Ashton.
