Pastor Craig Hadley to be Honored with the Nancy Varner Angel Award
April 12, 2024 – California – Time for Change Foundation’s (TFCF) 22nd Annual Awards Gala will honor outstanding individuals and organizations that go above and beyond for our communities and continue to make a difference in the lives of others.
Pastor Craig Hadley’s journey from an architectural enthusiast to a beacon of spiritual enlightenment embodies the essence of transformation and compassion. His thirst for knowledge and understanding led him to pursue a degree in architecture at Montana State University. However, it was the stirring of his soul that eventually guided him back to his roots, where he embarked on a profound spiritual odyssey.
Craig Hadley
Embarked on a transformative journey at La Sierra University in Riverside CA, where he delved deep into the realms of divinity, where the seeds of his calling were sown, igniting a passion to illuminate the path of love and acceptance for all beings. Pastor Craig devoted seven years of his life to serving as a shepherd within a global Christian denomination. Yet, it was his unwavering commitment to fostering genuine connections and igniting transformative dialogues that led him to sow the seeds of Paradox Church alongside kindred spirits.
As the newly anointed Lead Pastor of Paradox Church, Craig embarked on a mission to redefine the very essence of religious discourse. At the core of Paradox’s philosophy lies a profound reverence for love, echoing the timeless wisdom of the Apostle John. Embracing individuals from all walks of life, regardless of creed or orientation, Craig spearheaded Paradox’s transformation into a sanctuary of acceptance for the LGBTQ+ community. His steadfast advocacy for inclusivity culminated in officiating his first same-sex wedding—an act of profound love and solidarity that reverberated far beyond the confines of Redlands.
Driven by an unwavering commitment to social justice, Craig and Paradox Church became torchbearers in the fight against inequality and oppression. From championing the empowerment of women to denouncing the scourge of gun violence, Craig’s voice resonated as a clarion call for change. Collaborating with leaders from diverse faith traditions and even bridging the chasm between belief and skepticism, Craig exemplified the transformative power of dialogue and empathy.
“In the ever-evolving tapestry of faith and spirituality, Dr. Craig Hadley stands as a luminary—a shepherd guiding his flock towards the light of love, inclusion, and authentic connection. His legacy transcends the confines of tradition, inspiring generations to come to embrace the paradoxes of life with open hearts and unwavering compassion,” said Mrs. Kim Carter-Tillman, founder and ambassador at the Time for Change Foundation.
