She holds an MBA and EMBA Certification in Management from the Claremont Graduate University, and has over 25 years of management and accounting experience, originating with an Air Force commission and continuing in the local municipal and non-profit sectors. Jacquelyn actively strives to apply her skills and knowledge toward a higher good. Her expertise in grant and fund management helps Time for Change fulfill its core goals in empowering women and children.
