Program Administrator

Jennifer Rangel is Time for Change Foundation’s Program Administrator. In this role she provides administrative support to TFCF’s executive team and assists with the Black and Brown Opportunities for Profit (BBOP) Center’s BBOP Business Academy Build Program.

Jennifer brings over 19 years combined experience in customer service including banking, higher education, and entrepreneur roles. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of La Verne and a master’s degree in Management and Leadership from Pepperdine University.

She is a firm believer in the quote “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world” by Nelson Mandela.
