Lisha started helping others at a young age and found that it was her calling. She has worked with nonprofits for the last four years specifically in finding a place for those with significant disabilities and other barriers to employment in the working world.

She believes that all people should have a fair chance to succeed and find fulfillment in their career. As a woman in recovery, she has overcome many obstacles and wants to help others regain the confidence, and strength to conquer the world!
