With a wide range of management experience, developmental expertise and facilitation skills, Michael Eugene Dolphin joined the ranks of Time for Change Foundation as Employee Developer, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge. Retired from a career as a Culinary Arts professional, Mr. Dolphin, exceled in the positions of Executive Chef, Food and Nutrition Director, Support Services Director and business owner. Graduating from El Camino College, in Torrance, California, with an Associate of Science Degree and honors at the top of his class, Mike D. has displayed and has emulated a life of evolution and consistent growth. A recovered heroin addict with thirty-one years clean time, he has taken his people skills and invested in yet another career, the treatment and recovery arena. Mr. Dolphin is a Licensed Minister, treatment and recovery counselor and a prolific speaker and workshop facilitator worldwide. His life surrounds his assignment and purpose of “helping others.” He indulges in the daily activities of TFCF with a passion as opposed to it being a job. As a result of the amazing life he has, he lives to plant seeds in others and watch the growth.
